The room included a microwave and refrigerator, very useful for quick meals. The beds provided good comfort.. i had restful sleep. I liked the policy about housekeeping. It was upon request. Staff always asked if i needed refills of shampoo, soap, coffee, or toilet paper. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and kind.

The tv screen in the room needed replacement because it was damaged.

The location was decent. It was close to many things.

The room was kinda gross. The bathroom had rust everywhere, and the popcorn ceiling looked like it had water damage. I was like i needed a hazmat suit just to be in there. Plus, i could hear everything going on outside, like dogs barking and the trash compactor.

The hotel has a convenient complimentary shuttle to the parks, which saved money on transportation. The hot tub was nice after long days, and the pool area was well-kept. I appreciated the kind staff. They were always available when I needed assistance.

The room smelled slightly musty. I wish the hotel addressed this issue to improve the overall experience.
